Investment Size	$2 million to $30 million
Focus	We typically co-invest alongside lead sponsors
Preferred Stage	We prefer late-stage or growth equity investments.
Industries	We consider investments in all industries.
Geography	We primarily focus on investments in the Americas and Europe.
Securities	Common stock Preferred stock with an equity component Debt with an equity component
