Affinia Group, Inc.
Stockwell co-invested with the Cypress Group in Affinia, a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of after-market automotive components for passenger cars, SUVs, light and heavy trucks, and off-highway vehicles. The company's products include the Raybestos, WIX, AIMCO, Spicer, and McQuay-Norris brands.
American Wholesale Insurance Group
AmWins, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is the second largest wholesale insurance broker in the United States. The company places policies with over 100 insurance carriers and generates deals from over 3,000 independent retail brokers. Stockwell invested alongside Parthenon Capital in this co-investment.
Atlanta Bancorporation, Inc.
Atlanta Bancorporation Inc. is a de novo bank established in Atlanta, Georgia, with the strategy of providing a community banking environment in an area that has seen substantial consolidation. The transaction was led by Castle Creek Partners III, an industry-specific fund geared to the banking market.

Avaya is a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services—designing, building, and managing enterprise communications—including IP telephony products—for a full range of businesses. Stockwell co-invested alongside TPG in Avaya.
Captain D's
Founded in Tennessee in 1969 and now headquartered in Nashville, Captain D's is a leading high-quality, quick-service seafood restaurant chain with 560 restaurants in 22 states. Stockwell's co-investment in Captain D's was with Grotech Partners.
Celanese AG
A German manufacturer of specialty chemicals, Celanese AG's range of products includes acetyl products, acetate products, and chemical intermediates. Stockwell co-invested in Celanese alongside The Blackstone Group.
CONTECH Construction Products, Inc.
CONTECH is a recognized industry leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of specialty construction products sold to the civil engineering infrastructure sector of the heavy construction industry. Based in Ohio, the company is the only nationwide manufacturer in the emerging and expanding storm-water, bridge, drainage, and earth stabilization markets. Stockwell Capital invested with Apax Partners in this transaction.
David's Bridal
Founded in 1950 and headquartered in Conshohocken, PA, David's Bridal, is the nation's largest bridal retailer, operating 283 stores in 46 states and with a 30% market share. Stockwell co-invested alongside TCW in this mezzanine transaction.
Del Taco
Del Taco is a quick-service Mexican restaurant with over 470 locations nationwide, chiefly concentrated on the West Coast of the U.S. The company is the second-largest quick-service Mexican restaurant in the country. Stockwell Capital's capital was invested alongside that of other investors including Grotech Partners, Charlesbank, and Leonard Green Partners.
Dutch Cable
Headquartered near Amsterdam, Dutch Cable is the largest cable television operator in the Netherlands, with a 55% market share. The company was formed with the combination of Essent Kabelcom, Casema and Multikabel. Stockwell co-invested alongside Warburg Pincus in this transaction.
EXCO Resources
EXCO Resources, Inc., a Texas corporation, is an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in acquiring and developing onshore North American oil and natural gas properties. Stockwell co-invested in EXCO with Ares Management.
First Data Corporation
Serving over five million merchant locations worldwide, First Data is a leading provider of payment solutions, including transaction processing; credit and debit processing; fraud protection and authentication; check acceptance; and e-commerce and mobile payment. Stockwell Capital invested alongside KKR in this transaction.

Based in Southfield, MI, First Mercury Financial Corporation underwrites liability insurance, primarily for companies in the security guard, alarm, and fire safety industries. Stockwell's co-investment in First Mercury accompanied an investment by Glencoe Capital.

Grupo Corporativo ONO is one of the leading broadband service providers in Spain, offering direct access telephony, pay television, and internet access services to the residential market. In the business market, ONO offers advanced voice, data and value-added services across its own high-capacity local access and national networks. HCR Manor Care
Manor Care is a leading provider of high-quality, short-term post-acute medical care and rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care, along with physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapy. The company operates more than 275 Medicare- and Medicaid-certified skilled nursing centers and more than 50 Alzheimer's assisted living centers. Stockwell Capital co-invested with The Carlyle Group.
HIT Entertainment
HIT Entertainment is one of the world's leading independent pre-school entertainment companies and owns brands such as Bob the Builder, Barney, and Thomas the Tank Engine. Stockwell co-invested with Apax Partners in this transaction.
Horizon Lines Holdings Corporation
Stockwell co-invested in Horizon Lines, the nation's largest ocean carrier container shipping company, alongside Castle Harlan. Horizon Lines operates 16 U.S. flag vessels and accounts for approximately 37% of all U.S. marine container shipments from the U.S. mainland to Alaska, Hawaii/Guam and Puerto Rico.
Icicle Seafoods
Icicle is one of the largest, most diversified seafood companies in Alaska, processing salmon, pollock, crab, halibut, cod, sablefish and herring at major fisheries throughout the state. Stockwell provided co-investment capital to Fox Paine for this transaction.
International Transmission Company
Formerly the power transmission subsidiary of DTE Energy Company, International Transmission Company provides transmission services in the State of Michigan. Stockwell co-invested with KKR in this transaction.

Odeon/UCI
Odeon/UCI is a cinema chain with its origin in the historic Odeon Cinemas established in London in 1930. The largest cinema operator in the UK, Odeon/UCI has a total of more than 180 locations in seven European countries. Stockwell co-invested with Terra Firma in the company.
QuatRx Pharmaceuticals
Stockwell co-invested with MPM Capital in QuatRx, a biopharmaceutical company in Ann Arbor, Michigan that is building a portfolio of pharmaceutical assets that target endocrine, metabolic, and cardiovascular diseases, both through acquisition and by "in-licensing".
Sabre
Sabre Holdings Corporation and its subsidiary Travelocity together constitute one of the leading travel booking companies in the world. Sabre has long-standing business relationships with 50,000 travel agencies, 77,000 hotels, and 300 airlines. Stockwell co-invested alongside Silver Lake and TPG in this transaction.
Scitor Corporation
Scitor is a leading provider of systems and process engineering, mission operations, management consulting, information services, modeling and simulation, and software services for classified programs under long-term contracts to the intelligence community. Stockwell co-invested in Scitor alongside TCW.

The largest global independent software company focused solely on managing change across information technology environments, Serena provides products and services to manage and control changes to mission-critical technology and business process applications. Silver Lake Partners is the majority equity provider in Serena.
The Sports Authority
Located in Englewood, Colorado, TSA is the nation's second-largest full-line sporting goods retailer, offering a comprehensive high-quality assortment of brand name sporting apparel and equipment at competitive prices. Leonard Green Partners led the transaction along with 11 co-investors, including Stockwell Capital.
Taylor-Wharton International
Formed from four complementary businesses in the Harsco Gas-Serv group of gas technology businesses, Taylor-Wharton International operates 19 manufacturing, sales, warehouse, and service facilities in 6 countries, and markets its products worldwide. The company’s products include compressed gas cylinders and cryogenic storage vessels, propane tanks, composite cylinders, and precision valves. Stockwell’s co-investment supported Wind Point Partners’ acquisition of the four companies.
TDC A/S
TDC is uniquely positioned as the leading provider of communications solutions in the fixed-line, mobile and cable markets in Denmark, and is the second-largest telecommunications provider in the Swiss market, holding strong market share in fixed-line voice and data. Based in Copenhagen, TDC was partly privatized in 1994 and fully privatized in 1998. In February of 2006, a consortium of investors led by Providence and including Stockwell Capital took TDC private in a deal valued at approximately $15.3 billion, becoming the largest buyout in Europe.
Telediffusion De France S.A.
Telediffusion de France (TDF) is the leading operator of broadcast towers in France and one of the largest operators in Europe, providing broadcast transmission services to TV channels, radio stations and wireless operators. Stockwell co-invested on this transaction with Texas Pacific Group, AXA Investment Managers, and Charterhouse Capital Partners.
TRW Automotive
TRW is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of active and passive safety systems and components. Stockwell co-invested with The Blackstone Group in TRW.
Tumi Holdings, Inc.
Headquartered in South Plainfield, NJ, Tumi designs and markets luxury and high-end performance luggage in five basic categories, including travel, business cases and accessories, small leather goods and accessories, business casual luggage, and women's luggage and bags. Stockwell co-invested with Doughty Hanson in Tumi Holdings.
TXU
TXU is a leading electric utility in Texas. Stockwell Capital is co-investing with KKR on this $45 billion transaction, with the transaction closing expected in October of 2007.

Stockwell’s co-investment supported the acquisition of Vertellus by Wind Point Partners.

A leading global information and media company, VNU is recognized worldwide as a leader in marketing information and analysis, television ratings, entertainment measurement, and Internet advertising measurement. The company's brands include the Nielsen brand. Stockwell invested with KKR and The Blackstone Group in this investment.
