David S. Evans
Chairman & Chief Investment Officer


David Evans has 27 years of private equity investment experience, and has been directly responsible for over $2.0 billion of private equity investments in over 100 operating companies and 70 funds. Mr. Evans is the Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Glencoe Capital Holdings, LLC, a private equity investment manager with over $1.2 billion under management in multiple private equity alternative asset businesses. In his leadership role with Glencoe Capital Holdings' businesses, Evans focuses on investment strategy and key portfolio management decisions for the firm's investments. Mr. Evans is the Chairman of the firm's Investment Committee, and he has served as Chairman or director of numerous public and private companies. Glencoe Capital Holdings, LLC is the corporate parent of Glencoe Capital, the private equity firm that Mr. Evans founded in 1993. Prior to co-founding Glencoe, Evans was a private equity and mergers and acquisitions specialist at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. He also served as Associate Director of the University of Michigan's Growth Capital Foundation. Mr. Evans is a member of the Advisory Board of the Gastro-Intestinal Research Foundation at the University of Chicago, a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Michigan's Hospital and Health System, a member of the Advisory Boards for the Schools of Education and the Liberal Arts College at the University of Michigan, and a member or director of several other philanthropic institutions. He earned his MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and his BGS from the University of Michigan.




Beth A. Satterfield
Managing Director & COO


Beth A. Satterfield joined Glencoe Capital Holdings, LLC, the corporate parent of Stockwell Capital, in 2000. She has been a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of both Glencoe Capital Holdings, LLC and Stockwell Capital since 2003. She also serves as a member of Stockwell Capital's Investment Committee. In 2006, Ms. Satterfield also assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for Glencoe Capital, the operating business of Glencoe Capital Holdings, LLC that makes lead-sponsored private equity investments. Before taking her present roles, Ms Satterfield had extensive deal experience with Glencoe Capital Holdings' investment businesses, serving as a Vice President on Glencoe Capital's investment team for three years. Responsible for leading due diligence and deal structuring efforts for various portfolio companies, she also worked closely with the management teams at those companies after Glencoe's investment. Ms Satterfield is also the firm's primary liaison with the banking community. Prior to joining Glencoe Capital Holdings, LLC, Ms. Satterfield was a First Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group at ABN-AMRO's LaSalle Bank (now part of Bank of America). She spent the first few years of her career in the Corporate Banking Groups of LaSalle and NBD Bank (now part of JPMorgan Chase). Ms Satterfield earned her BS in Finance from the University of Illinois and received her MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Christopher J. Collins
Managing Director


Christopher J. Collins has been Managing Director of Stockwell Capital since 2006 and currently oversees the more than $700 million in co-investment capital under management at the firm. Mr. Collins has spent a 15-year career in private equity investing, commercial banking, and mezzanine finance. Previous to his current role with Stockwell Capital, Mr. Collins served as a Senior Vice President of Glencoe Capital, an affiliated lead-sponsor buyout business. Prior to his joining Glencoe Capital in 2000, Mr. Collins was a Vice President in commercial banking at The Northern Trust Company, where he was responsible for a portfolio primarily consisting of privately-held, middle-market companies. Before joining Northern Trust, he was with ANB Mezzanine Corporation and American National Bank & Trust Company of Chicago (now part of JP Morgan Chase). Mr. Collins earned a BA in economics and political science from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.




Thomas L. Hufnagel
Principal


Tom Hufnagel joined Stockwell Capital in 2002 and has 35 years of financial experience in private equity investing, alternative investment management, and commercial banking. Mr. Hufnagel has responsibility for sourcing, executing and managing investments for Stockwell, and has lead 14 deals totaling $166 million on value since joining the firm. He currently is a member of the Board of Directors for Stockwell portfolio companies Captain D's and Del Taco. Prior to his current role, he was with the State of Michigan Retirement Systems (SMRS), serving as both Administrator and Senior Portfolio Manager of its Alternative Investment Division, in this latter role concluding 30 deals for over $270 million. Mr. Hufnagel was ultimately responsible for directing all private equity investing activities for SMRS's pension funds. Prior to joining SMRS, Mr. Hufnagel was at the Michigan Department of Commerce and the Bank of Lansing. He earned his BBA in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Matthew R. Klinger
Principal


Matt Klinger joined Stockwell Capital in 2004 as a Vice President; he became a Principal of the firm in 2009. Mr. Klinger has fifteen years of private equity and leveraged finance experience. At Stockwell, he is involved in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing investment opportunities, due diligence, investment underwriting, and portfolio management. He has executed investments in a variety of industries, including automotive aftermarket, construction products, oil and gas, and telecommunications. Mr. Klinger was also instrumental in the acquisition of ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., a pharmaceutical resource organization, and its subsequent public listing on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. He is currently a board observer of Advanced Accessory Systems, Affinia Group, B27, and Taylor-Wharton International. Prior to joining Stockwell Capital, Mr. Klinger was a Vice President in both the middle-market and leveraged finance groups at National City Bank, where his primary responsibilities included originating and underwriting senior debt transactions for the private equity community and companies with market capitalizations of less than $1 billion in a variety of industries. Mr. Klinger earned a BS degree in Business from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Seth G. Weis
Vice President


Seth Weis joined Stockwell Capital in 2007 and became Vice President in 2009. With nine years of private equity, investment banking, and management consulting experience, Mr. Weis's responsibilities include due diligence, investment underwriting and portfolio management. Prior to his current role, Mr. Weis was a Vice President in the investment banking division at Duff & Phelps, where he completed a variety of mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory assignments. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, he was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Weis earned a BS with highest honors in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and earned his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Stephen J. McGreevy
Senior Associate


Steve McGreevy joined Stockwell Capital in 2009 and has twelve years of underwriting and financial services experience. His responsibilities include conducting due diligence, investment underwriting, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Stockwell Capital, Mr. McGreevy was a Vice President in the Structured Finance Division at GMAC Commercial Finance in Chicago, where he was the senior underwriter and led the entire due diligence process on multiple transactions. Prior to joining GMAC, Mr. McGreevy worked for the Asset-Based Lending and Structured Finance divisions of Key Bank, N.A. in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. McGreevy earned a BBA with honors from the University of Notre Dame and earned his MBA at the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. He is also an Adjunct Instructor in the finance departments of Benedictine University and Elmhurst College.

Julie Vuotto
Controller


Julie Vuotto joined Glencoe Capital Holdings, LLC in 2004, previously having worked in public accounting for sixteen years, where she acquired a wide variety of experience in audit, tax and accounting—eventually specializing in partnership accounting and taxation. Ms. Vuotto is a CPA and earned her MS in Taxation from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

Finance Manager


Judy Slater joined Glencoe Capital from Heller Financial, Inc., a G.E. Capital company, where she was an Accounting Section Manager focusing on accounting for domestic and international leasing services business groups. Ms. Slater earned a BS in accountancy from the University of Illinois and is a CPA.

Mike Furr
Financial Analyst


Mike Furr joined Glencoe Capital Holdings, LLC, the corporate parent of Stockwell Capital, Glencoe Capital and the Michigan Opportunities Fund, in 2008. Mr. Furr came to Glencoe Capital Holdings, LLC from UGL Equis, a corporate real estate advisory firm, where he spent two years as a Senior Financial Analyst in the firm's Corporate Finance division. Before that, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Churchill Capital, a real estate investment banking firm located in Dallas, TX, primarily focused on providing debt and equity financing for all types of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Furr earned his BS from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Jon A. Burgman

Jon A. "Jack" Burgman joined Stockwell Capital's Executive Network in 2003 and was appointed to the firm's investment committee in 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Burgman spent forty years in management roles at consumer and industrial products companies. From 1987 to 1995, he was the chief financial officer and treasurer of Culligan Water Technologies, Inc.; before that he held a series of financial leadership positions with AM International Corp., Apeco Corporation, and Boss Manufacturing Co. Mr. Burgman earned his BA from the Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is also a CPA.

William A. "Bill" Geoppinger joined Stockwell Capital's Executive Network in 2004 and was appointed to the firm's Investment Committee in 2010. Currently, he serves on the board of directors of former Glencoe Capital portfolio company Ace Bakery, as well as KDM Solutions and Agri Global Corporation. Mr. Geoppinger began his involvement with Stockwell Capital after a distinguished thirty-year career with Sara Lee that culminated in his becoming president and chief executive officer of Sara Lee Foods U.S. in 1999 and executive vice president of Sara Lee Corporation and CEO of Sara Lee Foods worldwide in 2000. Currently, Mr. Geoppinger serves on the board of directors of Ace Bakery, KDM Solutions and Agri Global Corporation.
